I'm interested in living at Van Nuys. How can I get an application?
Applications will be available starting Monday, November 21st at 9am through Wednesday, December 21st at 5pm.
Can I get an application at the leasing office?
Applications will be available via an application box located outside the leasing office at Van Nuys Apartments, 210 W. 7th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90014. Completed applications can also be returned to our on-site management office. Applications dropped off after hours can we left in our “Rent Deposit” box.
Can I fax or email an application?
We are not currently accepting applications via fax! Applications can be emailed to: VanNuysApts@related.com when available. You can also mail an application to: Van Nuys Apartments, 210 W. 7th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90014.
Can I submit a Reasonable Accommodations?

How much is the rent?
Rent is typically based on 30% of gross income for those who income qualify for housing at Van Nuys Apartments.
Van Nuys is a Senior Community. Are there an age restriction?
Van Nuys is available to households that include a member who is 62 years or older or is a person with a disability of any age. Additional household members of any age, including children are welcome as long as household size does not exceed maximum occupancy guidelines.
What are Van Nuys eligibility requirements?

Does my application go onto a Waitlist for an apartment?
There will be a lottery for 500 applications to be placed onto the Waitlist at Van Nuys Apartments.
Do you have apartments for immediate occupancy?
Currently no, all applications are on a waiting list for housing.
Do you offer parking?
There is limited parking available currently with a waitlist. Downtown Los Angeles has world class public transportation for those who enjoy local transit.
